Experience

Matthew has over 20 years’ experience of creating and launching products to protect timber in service.

Following launching a number of emulsion based fungicidal and insecticidal preservatives and assessing the wood modification market, Matthew worked as the technical lead for fire retardants for timber for Koppers’ European and Asian market, launching four major products complying with the European Construction Products Regulation, UK Structural Timber Association, UK Wood Protection Association, London Underground and Hong Kong Fire Brigade.
