Rick was a partner of a Big 4 global accounting firm for 25 years, leading the Maritime Canada tax practice. His personal focus was transaction and corporate structuring with emphasis on cross-border. Since, he has co-founded several early stage companies in varied industries with global markets. Rick for several years was also Lead Director and Audit Committee Chairman of a public company operating in five continents.
