Experience

Wayne earned his law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 1978 and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1979. He’s practiced law for over 39 years as a corporate and commercial lawyer, with emphasis on acquisitions, mergers, and tax-driven reorganizations.

During his extensive career, he has founded, developed and managed a number of new companies and ventures in the lumber, mining, chemical and software industries. Based in Nova Scotia, Canada, he’s a co-founder of Zeroignition and the Chief Executive Officer for the Zeroignition Group of companies.
