We spoke to Safety & Health Practioner about how the Covid outbreak has affected the views of businesses requiring office buildings and how that then affects the amount of office-to-residential conversion projects that we see happening across some of the largest cities across the globe.

Although an innovative use of space given the housing shortage that some countries, especially the UK are facing, we do believe that speed and cost savings overtake the requirements of safety and fire risk.
